Where I round up everything I worked on this week and share it here!
My wrists were a little sore this week so I didn’t get that much drawing done, but I did work on these four things!
- A while back I made a drawing showing the different Furred types in Nodd, and I wanted to expand on that. Each of the types will get a drawing with a few different examples of what types of colors, body shapes, etc are on each. Fist up, Felis!
- I randomly got to thinking about Tegaki E the other day and tried to draw the little version of Rose that I use to use there in comments. I wanted to draw one from memory and then compare but I couldn’t find any of the old drawings. : ( I also attempted TK in the same style but I don’t think they work as well.
3. Some Telegram stickers! - Someone over on Reddit asked for advice on making their ¾ character drawing look more like the face on version of their drawing. I did my best to give tips without asking them to change their style.
There is much to celebrate, we finished our move, we left a place that didn’t fit us, I took part in Art Fight, and other more personal stuff too! So here, have a celebrating party Dragon!

Life drawings of a dog I had at the time.
And, of course, lots of drawings of TK. I was going through it, romantically, while filling this sketchbook and I feel like you can really see that in these drawings. I still really like this final drawing a lot, it’s another candidate for a redraw.
And last, but not least, this drawing of a window done in colored fine liners. My intention was to cut out the window and have the next page be a drawing of the inside of a room, sort of like a cutout story book thing, but I never got around to it.

Let’s kick off with a look back at this sketchbook by looking at my color sample pages! I’m not sure what the notes on the top half of the top image are for. I think they’re probably super early Artifacts notes, back when it was called “Passive Aggressive”.
This sketchbook had SO MUCH good stuff in it. This is a full color drawing of garish in which I used sharpies, colored pencil, gel pen, and fine liners. Her markings and piercings are now out of date, but I still /really/ love this one.
There’s actually a lot of cool Garish art in here. Here she is sitting in one of the boarder rings, doing some fabric repair.
Here she is checking some of the markers on the boarder, which is part of the job the King sentences her to.
This is still one of my favorite things I’ve ever drawn.
This one’s great too, Gilda with Brag, Gin, Tonic, and an unhatched Shaman-Ai. Gilda’s markings are out of date and the Furred no longer have breasts, but other than that I feel like this one holds up well. Perhaps a candidate for a redraw?
I wanna draw hair like this again.
In this sketchbook I spent some time, in this drawing, figuring out how I wanted to render hair in traditional media. The bottom drawing led to the way that I now render hair digitally, too!
There’s a few sketches of her as well.
More hair experiments, this time with an alternate universe version of Kitti named Kitt.

I think I drew this one right after the one where I did the hair rendering experiment with Kitti, this time the same experiment with Lilly.

There’s also some neat Kaden art in here.
I like some of these Kaden drawings more than others, like the one of it leaping from the right to the left I’d like to re-draw sometime, but it’s cool to see how many times I drew it.

Rose only appeared 3 times, but here she is as myself, as a Pokemon trainer. And Speaking of Pokemon, there’s also an anthro of Sylveon.

2. A tabaxi who’s gonna be a combo of Doctor Strange, a wrestler, and a snow leopard. Excited to see where this one goes.
3 and 4. Heart of the Mountain drawings, maybe a new cover? At first I thought I wanted Gilda and Archie facing each other, but then I decided that drawing the scene from Archie’s point of view would be better.
5. A sketch of Kitti.
6. A silly little comic thing based on something that happened in @jayrockin’s stream Today.
